Drain Freshwater Tank

Assuring all water is out of the RV plumbing system starts with the freshwater tank. We drain the tank to be sure no new water is introduced in to the system.

Drain Water Heater

We'll inspect your water heater to ensure it's in good working order before we drain the water. If your unit has an anode rod, we'll remove and check its condition to ensure your water heater is ready for winter.

Add RV Antifreeze

To protect your RV's plumbing from freezing, we use non-toxic RV antifreeze specifically designed for potable water systems. This ensures your pipes won't be damaged by cold weather.

Flush Black & Grey Tanks

To fully protect your RV, we'll drain all water, including from the black and gray tanks. We'll then add RV antifreeze to all low points to prevent freezing and to keep seals from drying out.

Exterior Sealant Inspection

To prevent damage from winter pests and water, we will inspect the seals around your RV's windows, doors, vents, and other exterior openings. We'll touch up any problem areas to help keep unwanted guests and water out.

RV Tires Inspection

RV tires are inspected for tread depth, tire condition, sidewall condition, age and pressure.

Blow Out Water Lines

RV plumbing lines will be blown out to remove all water. Water heater will be bypassed and all water faucets will be opened to drain water.

12-Volt Batteries Checked

Winterizing is a good time to have the RV batteries checked and serviced. Having the RV batteries tested, charged and removed is recommended.

Roof Inspection

Your RV roof is its first line of defense against the elements. We'll inspect it for damage and check the sealant to prevent leaks and water damage, ensuring your RV stays in excellent condition through the winter months.

Appliance Inspection

We'll inspect your RV's appliances during winterization so you can have peace of mind and avoid any surprises when spring arrives.
